OnlyT Remote 1.4

This application serves as a remote control for the OnlyT Windows software, specifically designed to manage a set of timers for meetings or conferences. It is essential to have the OnlyT Windows software installed on a computer to utilize this application.

Remote App Features:

• Timers for individual Meeting Parts enabling separate control of timers away from the sound desk.
• Functions to start, stop, and reset timers.
• Ability to collapse meeting sections for organized management.
• Color changes on timers indicating progression – white, yellow (30 secs remaining), red (overtime).
• Sound bell alert for talks exceeding scheduled time.
• Option to hide start/stop buttons in settings for a "read-only" mode.
• Email feature to send a summary of timers.

Furthermore, it offers a Fullscreen Timer in Landscape mode, optimized for usage on the speakers' podium. Tap the clock to hide the timer when needed and adjust screen brightness as required.

The application supports multiple device usage simultaneously. For instance, the meeting chairperson can monitor timers and signal speakers running over time while another participant can operate timers from their seat. The fullscreen timer on a separate device can assist speakers on the podium.

During its operation, the app prevents the device from entering sleep mode, a feature also adjustable in settings.

The bell feature can be activated locally or via the main Windows computer connected to the sound setup. Local bell activation briefly sets volume at full to alert users without causing interruptions from other applications or notifications. A confirmation prompt precedes bell activation to prevent accidental triggers.

This iOS-optimized app functions across all Apple devices, including iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad with Split Screen mode support available on iPad models.
